Parcel carriers

Hi Guys

I know some of you use parcel carriers. Anybody got any recommendations I need to get a set of panniers from Manchester to Torquay. I think they might be a little to heavy for my hermes at 18kg in total.

Thanks Nick

My panniers came from Scotland with yodel. Not sure on the weight. Supposed to be 48hr was more like 4days, but they did arrive in one piece.

Hermes weight limit is 20 or 25 kgm, or was.
Parcel2go is the way to go.
Just get size of parcel from seller etc.
If difficult for seller to be home for collection, then ask them to drop off at local collection point, closest from their postcode, most are open early until late.
That way they can drop off on the way to work or home etc.

The parcel value is the achilles heal of budget carriers, once the value goes up the insurance loads the fee, that is if you insure.

For stuff worth more a few hundred I use ipost.
