Had to change the one behind the front spocket this morning.....all done but it was a right beggar getting the old one out. Is there a knack/tool for the job as I have struggled before with them on wheel bearings/swingarms and stuff - was paticularly nevous this morning as did not want to damage gearbox...

I'll be taking my own tent and sleeping bag (only weigh 3kg) and intend to eat brekky at campsite, lunch on the hoof and tea at the pub next to campsite, so not too much to carry. Both campsites will be next to pubs to get maximum refreshment from the day...

Just refitted a CRD bashplate on TTR and its singing like a very singy thing The original foam pads that sit betwixt the frame and the ally guard need replacing but darned if I can think of where to get such material.
