Salisbury Plain "Range Open" dates for January 2010.

Training starts on January the 4th with a large Engineer exercise during the first two weeks and a Brigade level exercise during the last two weeks.A busy time.

There are no week day dates apart from Friday the 1st (both) and Friday the 15th (Bulford only) but the "Danger Area's" will be open to the public (legal rights of way only) on most weekends.

The dates are-

Larkhill/Westdown artillery ranges are open on..........

Friday the 1st,Saturday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd.
Saturday the 16th and Sunday 17th.
Saturday the 23rd and Sunday the 24th.
Saturday the 30th and Sunday 31st.


The Bulford Rifle Range "Public Rights of Way" are open on..........

Friday the 1st,Saturday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd.
Friday the 15th and Saturday the 16th.
Saturday the 23rd and Sunday the 24th.
Saturday the 30th and Sunday the 31st.

When/If we get a bit of a thaw (i don't mind a bit of frost but the ice is to thick to break through at the moment),i'll post up a Saturday date to see if anybody would like to join me as i hear that the Nine Mile River is now flowing well.biggrinbiggrin

I'll sort out a date in a week or so thumbsup.gif.I'm down in Cornwall over the new year so I'll be gagging to get out on the bike a.s.a.p after that.
