Just don't know what to say...........

Amazing, just amazing...........I'm not going to mention names as you know who you are wink

Else where on here is a thread about a problem with my bike, well in the last day or so I have had the offer of the loan of:-

2 welders

3 trailers

2 vans

A bike to ride while mine is off the road

A man to weld

A man and van to transport

A garage - I mean a GARAGE not as in attached to house to park one car in...

And now 2 bloody fantastic blokes are giving up one day this week to come to my house, collect my bike, take it to another chaps garage, weld it up and bring it back smile

Now my wife and work colleages will vouch for how low I have been feeling this week as my beloved Orange beastie is not well cry. I kid you not chaps I am a bit overwhelmed right now at the offers of help - I have been through some real crap of late and pretty much lost faith in 'humanity' but you guys have restored that faith somewhat !

As Wacky keeps saying - it's much more than just riding bikes - what an amazing bunch of friends.

So a massive thanks to all those who have offered help - and living proof of what the DTRF is (to me) is really all about wink

You won't be saying that tonight when Gruff gets his piggerstick out whilst camping out tonightdoh

Glad your getting the bike sorted JT, tis depressing having your bike off the road. Got your message this morning, I'm sure there'll be other camp outs you can join us on.

I would have offered to help as well John, but I don't like you and I'm too mean and lazy to actually do anything.biggrin

We're a bit far anyway and my welder is the same ampage as the one that failed so not a lot of use to you really!

Know what you mean about the help you get on here, one tumble dryer sorted thanks to the power of the TRF!

It's good to belong.biggrinsmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmile
