It was the rather showroom clean one outside the Dolphin on Tuesday night, and from what I was told had a short stay in Honiton before finding it's way to down to Newton Abbot.
CCM C-XR230-E 175 miles(280km)on the clock when I got it for £1600 250 miles(400km)covered so far, still some running in to do Now has a horn, mirror, hand guards and tax disc but still no rear brake light switch CRF230 shock to fit today to lower it a couple of inches so I can reach the floor Still clean too, even after Lenda,Tipley,Johnny Canns and Shameface Knobbly tyres make Tipley a challenge,it jumped sideways on the first slab of rock And yes I still have the crm which is running fine apart from the rumbling main bearings
Gordon Dalgarno is the guy who wrote the article on trail riding in Scotland in May's TRAIL mag.
He is in Cornshire at the moment (this guy and his gal get around - not bad for 70 yrs old) but I think may be heading home via East Devon next week. I said I would hook up with him if I could but I think he may be staying over toward Seaton way so if anyone local is available please PM Roger or myself and we will pass on contact details for Gordon.
