POP Rivets

Does anyone know of a stockist local to Exeter with a reaonable selection of POP rivets? and as that is a simple question to those in the know can I re post my question rudely inserted in Brian's tube thread, is it impolite to wear knobblies to Haccadon from the point of view of damage to the ground. I'll take my chances with grip because I just want to try them out.

Hi Bob

Loads of places around exeter do rivets, but its really just as easy to go to screw fix on marsh barton.

As for knobblies at Haccadown - its a bit tricky,  genraly speaking you should be OK and if the weather stays like it has been, the ground will be so dry it wont make to much difference.

I know Noel kind of preffers the term "worn out knobblies" but thats mostly cos he's to tight to ever have a new knobbly.

So i would say you should be OK. if you were to scrub a few miles off em before the day that would be better.
