Regular readers may have seen that Dave, our East Devon bike repair guru, has undergone a major heart operation recently. The bloke that works for him (Mark) 'phoned today & told me that Dave is now out of intensive care and into a side ward. He has also started complaining so it sounds as though he's on the mend.
he was battered and bruised then after having a badger on the up hill sprint malarkey, throttle jammed and high sided or slid onto the black stuff first one in nearly 30 yrs
speedy recovery dave and i would take some grapes in but i know they wouldn't make it in one piece
Please extend my kind regards to Dave we go back a very long way i havent been in touch since i was in my twenties gulp the good old days of Torbay motorcycles pls remember me to him kerry :
I have only met Dave a couple of times, after Doug recommended him to me for some work and an MOT on my bike. Seems a fair, honest and generally all round nice bloke. Hope he makes a speedy recovery.
Chris.

Yes that is possible, but you will need rivet links and of the same chain manufacturer/size !! hopefully you kept the extra length of chain you took off when you installed it ?
