Rogershill Farm raceway - Bere Regis

I have had a truly excellent day at Rogershill Farm today. Excellent tuition/coaching from Dan. Excellent lunch provided. Amazing enduro tracks with loads of challenging stuff to try including logs, pipes, climbs etc.... The kids motorcross track used as a warm up was no push over wink.

I would recommend any TRF member who might wish to develop their riding skills in a challenging but relaxed and non-threatening environment, to give it a go.

My DR took some serious abuse biggrin. I am hoping to abuse it some more on the 10 Tors biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Craig, did you do the day by yourself or is it group coaching? If so how many to each coach?

In all there were 6 of us. Pete, who organised it, had negotiated a reduced rate as he has taken several groups there before, so we paid £50 per head which was inclusive of an excellent lunch.

Pete took plenty of pics. We didn't do the big rut. I did the concrete pipes and the logs, but bottled the vertical climbs - well you have to save somethings for next time wink.

Could this be an option for a future DTRF event?

Maybe not a fund-raiser for Devon but if there is enough interest from this group alone then could this be a trip for next year?

I would be up a trip next year! I could always do with a bit of extra instruction from those in the know!!

I think it would be an excellent venue for TRF members to try out some challenging stuff and it would help prepare them for LDTs, Hare and Hounds or Enduro events. I was worked hard. I am still aching in the thighs and shoulders.
