Can someone down in OAP countrywink tell me if the Sidmouth Herald is the only local newspaper and what day does it come out?

I'm not quite an OAP although some days I ache like one, the Sidmouth Herald comes out on a Friday. The Budleigh gazette the same day. the midweek herald which has a mixture of the local news comes out on a wednesday. Hope this helps, Jacks
