well at last you found one i hope your both be very happy together let us know when your out together ide like to come along and see you both in action in the lanes soon, those rad loovers look like they should be on some ones wall ? or back of a washing machine JT hasnt modded a washer tumble dryer has he ?????? and got one over on you remember the kings invisable cloths doug !!!
Sod the knee, i started it the other night when i picked it up and seeing the kickstart is rather long it does not need a huge boot.
Only a few jobs to get it ready for laning, rear brake needs some maintenance, the fuel will need draining as it has not been ridden for some time, the hand made side stand is not upright enough and the fork gaiters are not the right ones they need to be longer.
The bike was only road registered in 2005 !! so god only know where its been before that.

Saw the beast yesterday and very nice it is too - looks kinda right
I have given permission to retain the crappy rad shrouds as in the flesh they look good actually - but only if he sprays them red or pref matt black.
Looking forward to seeing it in action now - but perhaps when there is a bit less ice about after Sat eh? - to many dammed Artic Foxes and Polar bears about waiting to attack at the mo
Just seeing / reading posts about some of these lovely 2 strokes, makes me really miss the RMX I used to ride.
The age old debate about 2 stroke or 4 makes you realise that this whole thing is a hobby and neither one is the right option, you really need several of each
Yeap more the merrier for the 2 smokes, got the rear brake caliper working properly last night and the correct colour fork gaitors have arrived and need fitting. Will attempt to change the colour of the louvers to red this weekend to please my friend JT

A 2 stroke only run would be a smashing idea. Get all the smokers out of everyone else's way.
'coarse you'd have to let the fire station know where your going so they don't think there's a bush fire. Also the Police may want to close off some of the busier local roads as the smog could be hazzardous to drivers.

Your are only jealous as you have to lug that heavy 4t around must be a real pain.
Those new blue gaitors i have got will go well with the smoke = sorted
