Lovely that will be great when its sorted.

The DT was the first bike I ever rebuilt too. I loved the thing but eventually It had to go.

I was toying with the idea of getting another one but I already have 4 bikes in the garage and no more room hmm

Not much diff to my YZ in design, you should be able to get what you need easy enough.

If you use this site to check the part numbers - click here

and click on the parts, it helpfully says what else they were fitted to, this is enormous help when searching on E Bay.

Be careful of the clymer manuals, they are a bit iffy in places, I found a parts book the most help.

cheera all have started to take it to bits its surprisingly good considering it def needs a rear fender but worse is i have been told by the last owner its not the correct rear shock so that may take some sorting i will see when i get it out and some bolts have snapped rather than undone but thats to be expected im not gouing to do a nut and bolt showroom condition rebuild as i plan to use it on a regular basis and do some easy trials and if its to good i wont want to
