Pressing Appointments catered for

IMG_0620.JPG

Well it finally arrived after being stuck op norf in the inclement weather earlier in the year, the ultimate treehuggers can crusher, so when its not doing its bit for the environment, there will be a fair bit of bearing pressing, fork straightening, metal punching and forming etc being carried out

For the curious its half a ton of finest British flypress engineering

Unfortunatley it doesnt open wide enough to fit Pearcy in, or I  could have squeezed him out a bit

Is it any good for pastry pressing - into prepared casings to be filled with meat and veg, topped with a pastry covering all glazed with egg?

Possibly, but it will take a large pastry case to fit Pearcy into

And if I do Mr TTR will take up residence at the thought of new flavour pasties
