Learner Laws - Burgman 400 for a Pensioner?

I'd really appreciate  if someone knows whether a 65 year old with a full car licence holder can ride a Suzuki Burgman 400 without taking a test - maybe has to apply for a provisonal bike licence?

Hampsters right,

up to 50cc without L-plates, and no CBT if car test passed before 01/02/2001,

50cc to 125cc with L-plates and CBT
