Try the recyclying (no pun intended) centre
I picked one up for a fiver, turned out someone had thrown it away because all the tiedown straps had been fitted back to front and it wouldn't stay done up. Easily fixed!
There are usually a couple there, check all the straps and clips are present.

i can lend you one works on hatchbacks and estates takes at a push three bikes borrow any time long term loan no prob i dont use it ?

i have one for a tow bar that i use on my car but alas, no tow bar on my camper.
