2 Stroke front pipe protector - Fabricated

Does anyone know of a person or company who could fabricate something like this for my KTM 200?

2 Stroke Cagw

I'm fed up with replacing mine after a hard fall doh

They make them in South Africa but need the bike for a few days to custom fit so thats a no go.

found this also, the ultimate ktm guard, how to make one

www.eawarehouse.com/rbc/exguard.htm

also the disavantages of the ribcage one you have already mentioned like frame drilling / welding tabs to fit it, been looking for the same sort of thing for my gas gas, universal types on ebay @ about £25 which is like a wrap around, do the job and cheapish

The problem I have is not denting the exhaust so much as bending it at the neck as it enters the exhaust port, so the wrap around type is of no use. I was looking at the eawarehouse link yesterday and have sent it to gaschef to see which of the 2 would be easier to fabricate.

The hyde system looks good aswell. I've mailed them for more information, but again they are in South Africa.
