Does anyone know if there is a trf based in guernsey or something similiar? I am going over there to work for quite a while and thought i would take the bike with me.
i went over ther to colect a ktm i spoke to the person i baught it of ther is one track aparently also all the ktm over ther are supermotos mostly so i dout it
i been searching the internet and there dont seem to be anything about on it over there, it says most off the green lanes 95% have been tarmaced and even the 4x4 clubs seem to only have organised events.....oh well instead of taking a day off i could keep working instead.
Depending on the time of year you are over there, Guernsey does run some excellent hill climb and sand racing events, well worth a look if you get the chance.
There is a MX track right on the end of the island, which you sometimes see from the plane, other than that the place exists on loads of mad Supermoto machines.
Get yourself some supermoto wheels for the berg...:)
problem is the max speed limit is only 30mph and most off the speed limits is 20mph
and if you knock a car's wing mirror off without stopping don't be surprised if the police have 'phoned up your place of work before you get there (5 minutes)
Parking for St. Hellier Police station is a pain too.
