I rode one in Singapore earlier in the year, nice easy to ride bike. Several far east countries have an up to 200 cc limit anything above incurs much higher tax, as a result 175 and 200 cc were the bikes of choice for most people
In Singapore before you can own a motor vehicle you have to purchase a COE (certificate of entitlement) for a car its between £20,000 and £30,000 bikes start at around £1500 and above 200 cc its £5000 for 10 years. owning a vehicle without a COE is a serious criminal offence, Road Tax is £400 for a bike and £1200 for a car, Annual MOT is £500 for any vehicle and its only carried out at a government MOT station, and you get your appointment 4 months in advance, miss it you pay and wait again
Oh and after this you still have to pay for the vehicle, about the same as UK prices, insurance is cheaper than the UK but not much and petrol is about the same price
Dont tell cameron and co, who knows what ideas they will get
So if you want to get about a 200cc bike is best
