A lot of people use the Kipor generators as an alternative to the honda.

 

this place in exmouth stocks them

 Try Rob Perry Marine nr Lyme Regis or John Bridger Marine in Exeter.

Honda geni's are not cheap, but they are rated as one of the best on the market, if you do see any of these guys, say Nick from Aquafax sent you and they (hopefully) will do you a deal. There is not a lot of margin in these so don't expect amazing discounts though!
