Computer Spares Rip Off

Had a friend go into the computer shop in Sidmouth recently to buy a broadband filter, cost normally between 80p and £3 depending on the ports.

At the Shop in Sidmouth £19.99 furiousfuriousfurious my friend went elsewhere.

Should have come round to BS - I've got a few spare filters remaining from my past computer incarnations.

Sidmouth is full of old people with lots of money - captive audience - easy targets.

I can only coment as i find but i've done business with sidsoft 3-4 times and they checked my laptop over and told me it needed a new screen - no fee

second time i went in for anti virus and they said you'd be just as well to get avg for nowt - no fee and they had norton anti virus on the shelf at the time

third time went in for some screen wipes 2.99 and they wiped well biggrin

Each to there own and it all depends which computer shop your on about wink
