RZV nearly gone

Sold the frame etc. to a guy in Preston, paid up already.  He wants whatever I have left.

Potus's brother had a battery cover earlier this evening.

Assuming everyone plays by the rules I have almost raised enough to pay for the remainder of the blade.  Deffo in profit on the original purchase price and I haven't sold any bodywork or lights yet.  Got a sad spreadsheet which I started in 2008 that tells me the pennies....

Top Tip:

By a rareish bike, take it apart and put the bits in the attic, wait four years......

Good plan but doesn't even need to be that rare.

My bike is rapidly approaching the point where it would be worth more as parts than a whole, should I decide to part with her.
This is thanks to there being an SM version of it which is in a much lower state of tune. Also when the SM's meet with something hard on the tarmac the frame tends to get bent resulting in a technical right off. I've seen DRZ frames with log book sell for £750 alone.

Also look at the amount of bike breakers there are in the UK, and on ebay.
Must be money in it if you know which models to break...
