Cheap bike insurance dont be fooled, you get what you frigging well pay for, no matter what anyone says

After my episode last june, I am still waiting to get paid out, so be warned

Check your policy carefully, the internet insurance providers dont always give you what you think you have got

You will not get a full refund from them even if you can prove they were in the wrong

THERE IS NO refund if you pay by credit card, check the cards small print

Be prepared to deal with up to 15 different organisations if you make a claim

If you do claim they sell your details to all of the compensation claim companies, but the letters these companies send out make it out as if they are dealing with your insurer

DONT USE EBIKE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Once my claim is settled I will write a full report on the forum as to how they operate, and you will be shocked

As I said there is no such thing as cheap YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

My advice go to a reputable company like Bennets or Carole Nash or you local insurance broker

Cheap insurance does what it says, it is cheap and it makes you legal.

How you are dealt with by your cheap insurers should anything go wrong is another matter...

I just got a quote for the Blade with Carole Nash and I suprised myself at how cheap it was.

Just out of curiosity, is this because your company is refusing to pay, delaying the payment or because you are haggling about the settlement?

Southern Rock are the underwriters for ebike. See Company description below.

Compare this with Aviva, have a quick look. It doesn't matter if you don't understand it all, just look at the numbers!

At 28 with 2 years no claims (bike), 2 accidents within 5 years & 6 points for speeding, my Insurance is £13.00 a month on a 2006 EXC 400. Insured with Bennetts and underwritten by AXA.

Can't really complain about that... My renewal from CIA was £44.08 a month disbelief

None of the above, once its all done and dusted I will write a story about what goes on, and nobody in their right mind would use them when you hear what has happened

Cheap bike insurance doesnt exist, as with most things you get what you pay for.
