Did a 100 lane ride with Pete earlier this year. I'm up for a two hundred lane ride When we going
I'm on holiday this week, anyone itching to get wet?
112 lanes took seven hours, but an hour was spent watching a puncture that didn't want to be repaired, we bypassed lots of lanes once 100 was in sight, and we weren't in any hurry really and the pace was steady and quite gentle with very few stops. The days start getting shorter this weekend so it ought to be soon or it could turn into a night ride. The first '100' lanes run was 155 lanes in eight hours with 5 mins cigarette break per hour. Realistically it would be eight in the morning until possibly seven in the evening. Still interested?
We will discuss on the Anticlockwise run if I dion't see you beforehand.
We wasted lots of time on the last 100 run like you said with a puncture, its a challenge but I'm sure its possible if all went smoothly. I'm still keen
Probably not a good idea on reflection. I enjoyed the relaxed pace of the last 100 lane run and would not want to spoil that by introducing pressure to keep on, particularly since people will start to get tired when they get past their normal run length and I don't want an injury on my conscience. I have to admit I had had enough after seven or eight hours last times around. Don't want to carry on after it stops being fun.
