After buying a third spare rear wheel of e bay have decided to fit a CO2 to go with the MT43, MT21 and Motocross knobbly I already use but unsure of what pressure to run it at, any advice from those who are regular users of the CO2 would be great as have never run one of these before have also heard that I have to scrub it in for a hundred miles or so is this the case?

14-15 psi for me and yes they can be a bit tricky on the blacktop for a few miles to start
Thanks jt around about what I would have put in it but I always seem to run a couple PSI more than most just to stop the pinch punctures. Is the co2 the preferred choice up your way?
I'm on my 3rd CO2, brilliant tyre, I ride with 12 psi.
Ah, but you only weigh about 2 stone!
I use 18lbs (and weigh a packet or three of Opal Fruits over 17 stone) and haven't suffered from lack of grip - other than on some of those gnarly slate lanes oop Norf
awesome tyre , they last for ages but are rubbish until you scub it in , but goes every where , devil steps , tally ho , sims hill you will never get stuck in mud again ;-]
Hey Russ, I've just started running a CO2, the first couple of rides I thought I had made a huge mistake but now its scrubbing up a bit I'm well happy with it, seriously though they are scary on tarmac when new, especially if your trying to stop/slow down on a hill , I run mine at around 12 psi.
