The answer in an email from Muuc-Off. If you haven't had a sample you ain't gonna get one!

First things first, we have to send out a huge THANKS to everyone who signed up for the free 100ml sample of Muc-Off Bike Cleaner. Weve been busy packing and labelling, and all the free samples of Muc-Off Bike Cleaner will be arriving with the lucky, successful applicants over the next few days. There was a massive response to the offer and while weve sent out all the samples we had in stock, there just wasnt enough to go around.

Yeh, i got that email today lol. Looks like I'm not getting a sample then...
I feel so cheated as a consumer, I'm now unlikely to ever buy as I have been so let dowm by them.
