Thankyou Tim It is always good to see people out enjoying themselves. Plenty of familiar places and faces there with big grins and lots of smiles and laughter showing how much we enjoy what we do. I did enjoy hearing Dick Dasterdley's dog Muttley snigggering behind the camera, and what a pleasure to hear sound advice being given "Switch it on!". It would have been wrong to leave out the visit to the pasty shop. The choice of theme tune as the stars are named and shamed made me chuckle too. I must get on with some editing now you have provided the inspriation . Fifty clips already gleaned from the first part of the year are waiting to be spliced together, and I still have four months of footage yet to trawl through for badgers, squirrels, trout and impromptu, unscheduled and unscriptable moments.
Thanks for all the positive comments. It was a struggle editing it down to 19 minutes as there was so much good/embarressing footage to choose from.
Russell - no, the ford was on the deep side that day. Snafu was leading and ordered us to take the bridge after his very long stick wouldn't touch the bottom. He's not to be argued with.

That was a great vid to watch, some stunning lanes, I'm a little worried that this was not 2012 or not in this country....lol I've rode almost every week last year and that big yellow thing in the sky was very rare, but It was in every clip.

fantastic footage ..may I ask what cam set up you were using as it's some of the best I've seen. amazing how fast 25mph seems on the lanes!
It's a GoPro Hero2 mostly on a Chesty mount but with the odd bit from a helmet mount (on top) and a mini GorillaPod tripod. The Chesty mount gives a pretty good angle without the danger of hitting the camera on overhanging branches, but you do get quite a lot of handlebar pad in the picture when you're sitting down.
