Furnished 4-bedroom holiday house in Spain including car.
Rental costs are £450 per week for the house and car for 4 people, £80 per week for each additional person. £250 deposit to cover car insurance excess and/or any damages, car only for drivers over 25 years old.
The house has 4 bedrooms one double, one twin, one single, and double studio room in the underbuild along with the secure parking.
The house is in Jacarilla which is a traditional Spanish village approximately 40 minutes drive to various parts of the coastline and beaches. To get there you would fly to either Alicante or Murcia, There is an airport collection service to and from either airport for 4 people by a retired gentleman in a Renault Scenic for 40. Just across the street from the house is the village swimming pool, open during school holidays, and sports centre.
The area has several sailing clubs that give lessons and hire boats and a paragliding school, flying from cliff top to beach. I dont know what the dirtbike riding is like in the area. The roads are very good and would be fun for road bikes, cycling is big in the area.
