Nice shaped charge of PE4 or SBG should do it. Beware about going at the door with a hammer etc, a lot of them have a glass antitamper mechanism couple of heavy bangs and the glass breaks and the door is locked forever

A reputable scrap merchant won't take it without associated paperwork and it being opened. Looks like an MOT safe. Is it actually locked? The hole in the centre is for a turn knob the key locks that, you may be able to use a screw driver to turn what's in side.
