Looking for a car for my neice, Fiesta, KA, Corsa etc

Needs to be cheap to run & insure) and up to £650 ish, pref less.

Not interested in mega miles, she just missed out on a nice KA with only 60k miles for £500 so they are out there.

Somewhere near Exmouth/Exeter would be nice but will travel if worth it.

Be careful with Kas.  They rust around rear wheel arches, sills, floors (seat belt mounting prescribed area for MOT).

 very true, i did a mot on one 2 days ago, 80k looked lovely, but it had 3 pages of fails, and more rust than you would want to repair, and it came from a trader.nononononono

Thanks for the info, it confirms what I'd read about them. 

We're looking at deals on something brand new after seeing a new KA for £99 a month with free insurance. 

She won't go for that but is going to look at what else is available.  

It'll probably come to nothing though so we'll keep looking at alternatives

Theres a S reg 1.4 Fiesta dark blue that parks next to me at work for 650... looks pretty good nick if you want the number let me know
