Parkside Nailer/Stapler PET 25 A1

I bought one of these guns from Lidls a year or so ago but have only just started to use it.

A staple jammed and, typical bloke, I didn't read the instructions on how to free it so took the whole think apart.

When I split the cases a little spring flew off in the workshop and darned if I can find it!

I am pretty sure I know where it flew off from as per pic below.

Anyone got a broken one of these laying about that they would split for spares?

As part of my Anorak system - I do have a storage tray full of springs, absolutely all sorts.

So you are welcome to check.

I'm guessing the spring only serves to return the pin or maintain pressure on the strip of staples so probably easy anough to make. I'd start by looking closely at a clothes peg ... smile

Cheers,

John
