wanted; gas gas ec


hello,

im after either gas gas ec 200 or 250, probably years 2001 - 2006 after selling my kdx 200 it seems like the next logical step!
im keeping an eye on ebay, gumtree etc but thought I would see if anyone here has one?

Great choice, I would advice going for a post 2004, chassis and forks were much improved and the little 200's are fantastic, I had 3 about that age.

Dave at BikeTech is a fab GasGas dealer, huge amount of advice and knowledge plus parts posted and normally delivered next day, hope you find a good one.

Can't recommend a 200 highly enough. Fast enough to keep up with anything whilst not so powerful that it beats you up. I bought one after 4 Years on 450 exc. It will do anything, race or green Lane. I was out on mine today. Fantastic.

thanks for your comments, I was ideally after the 200 but there seems to be more 250s around and I don't like the space in the garage! and thanks for the 2004 info I didn't realise that probably because theres not as many reviews on the net as there not orange!

I think im going to have to be patient, but im sure it will be worth it in the long run!

300 would be better bet if using for trail riding, similar power , but more torque

Funny how the market changes when I was looking for a 250 all there was for sale was 200 s don't rush in and buy take your time and a bargain can be had I did and got a cracker for a load less than the equivalent orange bike
