Riders needed at Bicton on 4th May and 29th June 2014

Hi all,

Horse events are kicking off.

We need three riders for May 4th at Bicton Horse Arena, Yettington, East Devon, to collect jump score sheets , timing cards, and photographers sd cards, on the cross country course, all day. Lunch, cake and teas/coffees provided.

Ditto on 29th June.

This is a chance to ride somewhere a bit different, interact with the horsey community, and further our cause. And the cake is pretty good too.

Volunteers please.

Just to put a spanner in the works, i thought we had agreed that the organisers pay for fuel costs ? Pontispool and West Buckland did last year no questions asked.

Lovely day for a ride around Bicton Park in the sun. Some good feedback from the staff on site about responsible riding and helpful motorcyclists!

Good to meet Phil and Nick too. Sadly the cake wagon evaded us again...... blankstare Next time I'm gonna have to hijack it.

Cheers Jackie, it went well and was a good day.

Steve certainly didn't disappoint as his starter packed up as per usual smileconfusesmile I managed to miss gate 3 on the final loop as everyone was desperate to get home nonono I also managed a del-boy but as know one saw it then it didn't count biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

The cakes were plentiful and excellent; as you can see from the photo, I'm trying to eat Steve's before he got back....
