I have a rack for mine but im not sure i want to part with it :/
I found it on eBay a couple of years ago, made by suzuki but they never fitted them to the 350's not in this country at least; they came as standard on a lot of the dr250's though so if you look for 250 racks you will probably have more success.
Hepco and Becker do make a new one but it will probably cost a fair chunk of what your bike did
I have just got a 1998 sew , it's got after Market plastics that the previous owner got shipped over from the States they look good with the rear l. E . D . Light fitting under the mud guard . I have got a few minor things to do to it , but when it's finished in a few weeks I will post up some pictures , I was looking for a standard rack for it so some thing will eventually turn up ........ Cheers Kev
Mines a 99, the 98 and 99 SE models have different engine gearing to all the others, 5th and 6th are slightly taller so the bike behaves much better on the motorway.
Im guessing thats the Maier rear fender you have? I look forward to seeing the pics.
Heres mine looking filthy, thats the dr250 rack on there, is that the type you mean? I'll let you know if i see one around.

Hi Rich, no other plan at the moment for the DR only to use green laneing and for the odd commute on the road etc . I have always liked the DR 350 and am planning on using it know and then instead of the KTM, perhaps if I had been riding it on the AXE to EXE WEEKEND , I might of stayed on my feet and not somersaulted down that bank
Ive taken mine off and have no problems, but your aftermarket plastics may be more flexible?
If you dont really need these things they are just going to add weight high up on the bike if you put them back, ive taken at least 4kg off the rear of my bike by ditching them.
If you like you can come by my place outside of Bideford and try all of these bits on your bike before you shell out for them, make sure they fit your aftermarket plastics etc. but i wont be able to do it for a few weeks as im about to head to Japan.
You have a good point there Albert , I may well look into just fitting a tail pack as that was one of my options if a rack was not readily available , thanks for your advice and if I need any info on the Dr you seem the man to know , thanks ......... Kev
