There is now another local company/person that has set a business of running enduro-style practice days on private land.

A guy called Matt from Endurocks runs these, dont think he's known to many of us as he used to help run Enduroland based in the Midlands (they ran practice days and Enduros). He has recently moved to this area and is keen to set up similar practice events in the South West.

There is actually an event running this Sunday at the great Escot Park at Ottery St Mary. Its an open practice on any bike/tyre. Costing £20 if you pre book and £25 on the day.

I'm not here to promote (honest guv) but if there's good off-road riding facilities/days then fellow riders might like to be aware and make their own decisions. After all we're a trail riding group, but its not a bad thing to stay off the trails every now and then smile

Think its great that here in Devon we have so many lanes to ride, practice mx tracks and also the likes of Core and this new brigade giving us so much opportunity to ride off-tarmac.

Reasonable prices you can tell he was with enduro land they always were reasonably priced and well run shame he's not found any new venues just as Matt said

Top days riding today at Escot - first time I've ridden this and the tight and twisty course was great. Good to see a few DTRF boys there as well.

I like to simply say nice to have so many opportunities to ride -- especially if their dates don't clash (which doesn't help either group)

I'm more than happy to ride with either group they both offer a greats days well organised riding. Core do more race days and as I don't race, on those days I'll look what else is available for practice.
