The ramblers are conducting a survey to find out how many 'paths' are blocked http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-33532041

Hmm, I wonder how many are lanes stolen by the NERC act?

Good idea - we could emphasise that some "paths" are available to all countryside users, not just a few.

We used to do lane clearing with the Ramblers and BHS folk organised through the Devon Green Lanes Group - used to fun doing it with the other folk!

We let DCC know what we were doing and didn't worry overmuch about using powered machinery disbelief
