Why as a fully paid up member can I suddenly no longer go on ROW or lane clearing? ????? It let's me on the other

It's not s personal thing Russell, it's called a glitch in the system. Could have just pm'd me, I'll reinstate your profile and put your toys back in your pram for you!

Yes, as am I... and have done the same.
Problem is doing so has created a couple of unforeseen issues with forum administration and even run sheets.
Work is happening in the background to try and find a solution to satisfy both members security and the administration side. In the meantime there are probably going to be few members that get their full access removed temporarily but this can be quickly reversed.

So...
