I recommend to anyone to sign on as a travelling marshall, I did it one year and it is great fun riding a proper enduro track without the pressure of competition . You just need to be able to keep out of the way of the competitors wink and help in keeping the event flowing, dealing with breakdowns, casualties, etc.

 I can't make it this year, but have greatly enjoyed mixing being a travelling marshal with marshaling at fixed locations and then the footpath crossing points also watching the fast boys making it look so easy. A good day out and a free lunch!
