Dartmoor lanes legal routes?

I was planning some routes around Dartmoor on a 1.50k OS map from this site http://www.qwerf.com/greenlaning/?county=devon but some of the lanes are actually marked as footpath but one of the routes markes as a foot path I have already been down and is actually marked as byway. Which is correct or do I need a different os map?

If you have not already, join the TRF and you will be supplied with the "Knowledge" from the Devon group with all of the legal lanes !!
