Ivybridge to Rocombe and back 29-11-2015

Thanks to David for leading today, we started with six and ended with four, first Bens throttle cable broke and then Damien's clutch went again, glad you both limped home oksmile Wet and slippery lanes today but we missed the rain, Saw John Heal in a group of three at Pridhamsleigh and a group of five from Exeter near Totnes plus a few walkers and Horse riders all friendly, sorry no photos, just wanted to thank everyone for another great daybiggrinbiggrin

An awesome day indeed. A big thank you to David for leading. All lanes I knew but nice to do them in a completely different order.

The lanes were in good condition after the recent rain, some puddles looking distinctly marginal but "Webfoot" Bentley was happy to plunge in and check the worst one out biggrin Plenty of evidence of fresh tyre tracks that others were out and about so more tracklogs for John Leah to file wink

Glad that Ben and Damian got home safely.

Thanks for the good company, it was a great day, until next time.........

So are us planning to go Red then? Don't do it, don't join the dark side biggrin (you'll probably struggle to fine one for a start!), just buy a well cared for Orange one!hmm

Don't know yet Geoff , I'm gonna sell this one thinking of breaking it and sell off for parts as I don't think it's worth a lot selling complete , I will fix the clutch first tho , don't know may put the feelers out ? Red orange ???? Don't know watch this space lol

Stripped it all down tonight and the master cylinder all looked ok but I only renewed it a few weeks ago , so looked at the slave end and no real signs of leaks the only thing I could really see was this rubber o ring seal so swapped it for another one and just back bled the clutch now with ATM fluid as that's all I had to hand , but so far all good and holding up good , so I'll keep checking it for next few days and take it out for a few little blasts and see ? I'll keep you all posted biggrinimage.jpg
