Dougs east of east remembrance day reprobates.

They say you can't plan a bloody good day out and that's fairly true..but putting your name down for an East of East run with Doug is a good start. Fellow reprobates joining Doug as well as me : Gruff on his Drz frankenbike, Mike on a Ktm, Trev on his Ttr with fruity pipe and Adam on his tidy Drz which didn't stay that way very long..20161113_105415.jpg

20161113_114822.jpg20161113_115042.jpgAfter stopping for two minutes silence overlooking Stockland, a further assault on the lanes was launched but a bit of hedge laying was required up through one..

Shortly after Adam re-arranged his handlebar and fork set up, we had another minutes silence in memory of Gruffs old bike which succumbed to the mud on this very lane..(very good looking woman walking dog not pictured).

Finished the ride at Devenish Pitt where there was a brief discussion about a lady on a horse that had just ridden by us, something about needing a jcb and being the next king of England..lovely arse..her, not the horse Gruff.

Looks like you had a whale of a time in our neck of the woods.  I have lost out on Memory Map since changing to Mac.  Is Tricombe Lane rideable both ways these days?

What size and make of tyre is on the KDX please?  I have always wanted a trials type tyre on the KMX but can't find anything 17 inch.
