Just bought a new (to me) Sherco from a dealer in wales and it arrived on a gregories distribution lorry on a pallet. Just did a quote on their website and it is £82 for 3 day or £97 for 1 day, from a random postcode in Ipswich to Okehampton.

Guess it depends on the seller being able to put it securely on a pallet.

Shiply was coming out between £150 and £300 from Merther Tydvyl (sorry about spelling) to here
