Cornwall TRF have asked if any Devon members are interested in helping at the long distance horse events.
The first on the list starts at Wadebridge Showground. Setting out the course on 21st March, Saturday 12.00 On 22nd March, Sunday the course is checked from 8.00am, marshalled and taken down. Hopefully, all finished soon after 5.00pm . A lap is about 20 miles of which 80% is off tarmac (per Endurance UK website) The route is a mixture of forest tracks, byways, bridleways, private land and minor roads.
There will be more events later in the year as well. I don't have the dates just yet, but if anyone is interested either re above or events later in the year, please let me know, and I will keep you informed as and when information comes my way.
