A couple of TRF members in East Devon have reported seeing a lot more people out walking and cycling on Devons lanes some in remote places, extra care maybe in order

Took the wrf for a spin last Monday evening, only came across one very grumpy dog walker nearly had to point out her dog was off the lead on a public highway (boat)
Saw 4 groups of walkers at Cotton Farm. Madness. How did they get there? One group on the bend at the steepest loosest part.... Still got a cheer when we past them feet up.... Never seen so many people in lanes that I've never met people before. Be mindful of what's round the next corner!
