Favourite would be wheeled digger. 10 mins and digger size hole each end.
Several of us have 360 but logistics not practical.
Anyone got a wheelie with 4 in 1??
I've been up today for a scout round, it would be a simple task to cut away the wood on the end of the pile nearest the road and ride round. The north end also needs a bit of a scrape and some judicious trimming and hey presto two easements. They would just add to the fun when riding the lane.
Ill have a word with the Haldon Hobgoblins and see when their available.
Thanks to Trevor for raising the Flow Point footpath issue, I also checked the area of 192-207, and see a 'Highways Statement' was made on Humber Woods through which the UCR passes.
My understanding is that a Sec 31(6) statement is to prevent a 'new' ROW being established on the land, and should have no bearing on a UCR that is already recorded on the DM, Land Charges records and OS mapping.
Good work chaps. I think the Haldon Heroic cycling event is using this section on May 22nd. There will be around 200 bikes on this route so a lot of people pi**ed off if the landowner blocks it again.
