Yes it may not be your ideal cup of tea but it does present the opportunity to have a say in the Rights of Way (RoW) world
As quoted in the letter they are looking for ideas on revising the RoW improvement plan, I'm guessing the volunteer side of things, engaging with the parish/s, public etc..
Great venue/s to engage with different people, it would certainly benefit if trail riders attended with the idea to show we're not hooligans
Perfect place to show case the "Ham lane" project where not one single local member of the community nor Parish councillor attended a volunteer session
Devon TRF put in an outstanding commitment to the project, without this voluntary work force 'Ham lane' could be in a different position.
One thing I have learnt DCC PRoW value the volunteer commitment from people, groups, and as such the locals to Ham' have lost out on a more completed higher spec project, whilst the motorcycle riders have completed a 'Wacky Custom lane' for ALL users
Thanks to the DTRF & more importantly Friends who ride trail bikes
Dear Parish and Town Clerks
I have just circulated the following information to P3 Co-ordinators and wanted to make you aware of the up and coming events that we are holding in four venues across the county. We are offering a maximum of two places for each P3 group and additional delegates may be accommodated depending on numbers. Please liaise with your P3 co-ordinator to find out if there will be representation from the P3 element of your organisation and who will be responsible for returning the completed Workshop attendance form that has been attached
Thank you for your help and assistance with this matter and please feel free to email or call 01392 383396 if you have a query.

Thanks for posting this up Ian, I am away for the one in my area but would like to attend one of them, perhaps I will come over to east Devon. It would be interesting to hear the reaction to your efforts at Wacky lane......sorry Ham lane!
We already have a 'Wacky lane' Trevor we don't need another
'Ham' was a group effort along with many other projects mate, respect to those who volunteered
I doubt if our efforts will be talked about at such a gathering, which I believe is part of the reason to many things that require rectifying
Happy to see you there Trevor
Thanks Ray, yes its mainly the retired people who volunteer hence the mid week meeting/gathering
A good chance to air the TRF name and meet other users along with PRoW wardens, I'd like to go to all of the sessions they have just to meet the wardens
I do like the chance to boost the TRF profile and question equestrian riders freely admitting to riding FP's
plenty of rambliairs to straighten out to, they don't like mountain bikers but then they don't like many other user groups
