Little ride out from Ivybridge today, a couple of bikes needing a little maintenance before we even left the garage!! then we were on our way, with the famous Woohoo the first lane and then on to Dean and Buckfastleigh, then up on to the moors via spitchwick and all the lanes leading up to Widdecombe, where we stopped at the shack for an early lunch stop, pasty and coffee. We met a few walkers and horse riders with all but one being very pleasent, plus two others on bikes, and a few lost wandering sheep, weather was a bit drizzly on the moors, but once we dropped down over to Simms Hill the sun came out, then over to Bovey for some fuel and another snack stop, then worked our way back through Higher Ingsdon, Ogwell, Channings wood and Denbury, then to Dartington and Rattery, we then went our separate ways home. Hopefully Geoff Kelly will be along later with a more detailed report and more pics ??
