The insurance company I have used previously have now withdrawn all cover for off-road motorcycling and I can't find anyone who does still cover it. They no longer even cover downhill mountain biking so I can't even pretend I was on a MTB if I get hurt!
Yes, I definitely need off-road.
Lots of you guys are (presumably) in the same situation with foreign trips, who are you using?
Are you referencing injury insurance like the CICA type of 'all risks' Colin ?
Perhaps you need to look at their definition of 'off road' Downhill mtb might be covered if you are injured on a road as we (TRF) would define it ?
Yes it is cover for accident/injury that I need Unfortunately is definitely off-road - much of it off any kind of track. For the first week we will be riding trials bikes and, in Andorra, you are free to go pretty much anywhere you can get if you're on a trials bike; they love 'em.
With Andorra not being in the EU, the GHIC is not valid so an 'off' could be expensive.
