As per the title,

Tuesday 12th December will be the AGM for Devon TRF. Dolphin hotel Bovey Tracy.

There is a standard agenda for the evenings official business and the election of officer, which I will add in due course.

This year we are going to provide a buffet, in the meeting room FROM 1830HRS for everyone who attends.

This post is to try and gauge how many people we are catering for.

If you are wary of going to meetings, especially AGMs don't be, no one is going to get pushed into doing something they don't want to.

This evening is primarily to come together and share our experiences of the year past and celebrate the fact we have even made it through another year.

Everyone is welcome, members and non members, so come and join us for the last get together of the year.

IF YOU ARE COMING, LET ME KNOW ON HERE OR FACEBOOK BY THURSDAY THIS WEEK SO I CAN ARRANGE THE CATERING WITH THE PUB.

Great to see so many people at the Dolphin last night for the AGM.  The buffet soon disappeared and folk enjoyed just chatting about all things bike and much more besides.

The new committee is the same as the old committee but we did have several people volunteering for the T 2 T next spring. 

Ian Wacky Collins received a lifetime membership from Devon TRF which was reward for all of his efforts in the lanes  on our behalf. 

Next meeting in January will hopefully herald the start of a new format for

the meetings which will maybe attract more folk there on a regular basis 

Until then, have a great Christmas and a happy new year
