As per the title I am again looking for your help at this great fundraising event.
We will need run leaders and tail end Charlies for all of our guests to enjoy their weekend tailriding in our glorious county.
We usually run 9 or 10 groups on both days so that requires 20 volunteers.
The groups are split into easy days, average and full days. Noel very kindly produced a description of the level of each one but I cant find it atm.
I have already had some offers of help for which I am very grateful but will need at least 20 to allow for drop outs etc.
Ideally a run leader will have lead rides before and if you have your own tec even better. I can pair people up if you don't have anyone to share the ride with with.
It may be possible to do some training on run leading before the event if that is required but I would encourage anyone who has not been part of this weekend before, to come and join in.
If you can help let me know (even if you have already told me) on here stating.
1 If you can do 1 or both days, and which ones
2 The level of your proposed routes
3 Do you have your own tec
There will be a free breakfast and tea coffee etc for all participants each morning, plus if you want to stay for the weekend speak to John Heal.
Hi Trevor as you already know I'm down for both days and usually will have a Tec but will let you know if otherwise I had a message off the guys from last 2 years who I think want me to lead again. This time I will make it a little easier so they don't drop like flies for the second day I will attempt to trial run the routes but not going to have much time once home off the travels.
Hi Trevor I can TEC both days. With Ray would be excellent because he understands about my involvement and being available.
I have a very capable experienced guy to TEC for someone, his name is Pat Jackson. Cheers John.
Would love to join the big bike group, how do I get involved??

We are not planning a specific big bike group, probably for next year. You are still welcome to come and join an easier group or perhaps the one Tim is leading.
Contact Kirstie via email for details or John Heal. On here as Trackman.
