For those of you that are coming, I would suggest that you arrive early for parking.

At the moment there is 100 plus people coming and parking will be tight.

Can I ask that if you are bringing your bikes, can you double up with others if possible or just come on your bike.

I am not sure of if there is any parking close by but be warned and I will see you there.

Tea coffee and pastries will be available FOC before the meeting.

Seven parking spacing outside of the school a few metres south plus the road looks wide enough & straight for a few cars to park on wink

Trevor/Chris. Has the TRF hired Stockland hall for the whole day? Can we leave stuff there when we go out for a ride? I will be coming by bike and will have a rucksack with spare clothes etc that I would rather leave at the village hall and not cart around the trail ride after the formal meeting.

The TRF need to be clear of the hall by 17.00 hours as they have another group using the hall in the evening

Im in the same positionplan to leave a small bag at the hall rather than cart it around.

Unless Im leading and get lost should be back by 5pm Id guess ?

maybe we could use DTRF members vans/cars to put bags in just in case ?
