Summary
The day will begin with an observation and practical assessment of all riders, this will enable a mutually agreed training plan, that will be specically tailored to the individuals level, abilities, and requirements throughout the rest of the day.
If it is felt that riders should move to another group this may happen at any point in the day. This will be for safety and to enable a positive outcome for all.
